Meet Kieran Garside

Kieran didn't start out chasing a career in solar. He began his studies in marine biology before realising his real calling was in the trade, everything power, electrical and solar. That shift led him to found Power & Solar Group, a Sydney northern beaches based business built on the belief that quality electrical and solar work should come with straightforward advice and genuine care for the client.


With over 10 years' experience across residential and commercial projects, Kieran's technical knowledge is matched by an easy, straightforward manner that puts clients at ease from the first conversation. He's overseen countless installations, repairs and maintenance jobs, always with the same three things front of mind: safety, cost-efficiency, and getting the client a result they're genuinely happy with.


As Director, Kieran leads Power & Solar Group's shift to a fully solar-focused business, drawing on his trade background to make sure every panel, battery, inverter, commercial system and EV charger installation is done to the same standard he'd want for his own home.


Beyond the tools, Kieran is also Vice President of BNI 10X, a Belrose-based business networking group, reflecting his commitment to supporting and growing the local northern beaches business community.
